Shares of hydrogen-related businesses soared after a medium- and long-term plan for the development of hydrogen energy (2021-2035) was released on Wednesday, with more than ten stocks in the sector hitting the limit up. Related stocks continued to record gains today, with Beijing Jingcheng Machinery Electric, Citychamp Dartong, Guangdong Hydro Group, and Ningxia YounglightChemicals soaring to the imposed daily limit.
The plan, issued by China"s top economic planner, sets a clear path for hydrogen"s role in the country"s acceleration toward green development and independence of energy supply. The plan defines hydrogen energy as a key strategic emerging industry and a new growth point for building and upgrading a green, low-carbon industrial system.
China’s annual hydrogen output from renewable energy sources will soar to between 100,000 tons and 200,000 tons by 2025, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 1 million tons to 2 million tons, according to the blueprint. The number of hydrogen-fuelled vehicles will reach 50,000 and a group of hydrogenation stations will be deployed.
By 2030, China is seeking a reasonable and orderly industrial layout and wide use of hydrogen production from renewable energy to offer solid support for the carbon peaking goal. Hydrogen’s share in energy use will greatly increase by 2035, the plan added.
According to the China Hydrogen Alliance, the value of China"s hydrogen energy industry will reach 1 trillion yuan by 2025. China is the largest hydrogen producer in the world, with an annual output of about 33 million tons. Of this, about 12 million tons meet the industrial quality standard, data from the NDRC showed. And the country’s installed capacity of renewable energy now ranks first in the world, a reflection of the great potential for clean and low-carbon hydrogen energy supply.

3月23日，国家发展改革委、国家能源局联合印发《氢能产业发展中长期规划（2021-2035年）》（以下简称《规划》），以进一步促进氢能产业规范有序高质量发展。
消息提振下，23日A股氢能源概念股集体走高，氢能及燃料电池板块多股涨停。今天相关板块股价继续拉升，京城股份、冠城大通、粤水电、英力特涨停。
《规划》提出了氢能产业发展各阶段目标：到2025年，基本掌握核心技术和制造工艺，初步建立以工业副产氢和可再生能源制氢就近利用为主的氢能供应体系，燃料电池车辆保有量约5万辆，部署建设一批加氢站，可再生能源制氢量达到10-20万吨/年，实现二氧化碳减排100-200万吨/年。到2030年，形成较为完备的氢能产业技术创新体系、清洁能源制氢及供应体系，有力支撑碳达峰目标实现。到2035年，形成氢能多元应用生态，可再生能源制氢在终端能源消费中的比例明显提升。
专家认为，中国具有很大潜力实现这一目标。从国内看，我国是世界上最大的制氢国，年制氢产量约3300万吨，其中达到工业氢气质量标准的约1200万吨。我国可再生能源装机量居于世界首位，在清洁低碳氢能源供给上具有巨大潜力。据中国氢能联盟预计，到2025年，我国氢能产业产值将达到1万亿元。
Update on Covid-19疫情简报
The Chinese mainland added over 2000 locally confirmed and 2700 plus asymptomatic cases on Wednesday. Shanghai is fighting its toughest battle against the virus as it reported four locally confirmed cases and 979 asymptomatic infections yesterday, prompting the city to begin a new round of testing for key regions. Infectious disease expert Zhang Wenhong wrote on his Weibo account Thursday that although the city hasn’t reached the peak, the conditions for a turning point are taking shape.
张文宏指上海疫情具备拐点条件：3月23日，内地新增本土病例2010例，新增本土无症状感染者2722例。上海面临着常态化防控以来疫情形势最为严峻复杂的挑战，3月23日，上海新增4例新冠肺炎本土确诊病例和979例本土无症状感染者，并从23日0时至24日24时，划定部分街镇（已缩小了包围圈）再开展一次核酸筛查。3月24日凌晨，传染病专家张文宏发文表示，疫情的拐点虽尚未出现，但形成拐点的条件已经逐步具备。

Tencent Holdings’ shares dropped after the Chinese tech behemoth’s revenue rose 8 percent in the fourth quarter of last year from the same period in 2020, the slowest pace since it went public in 2004. Revenue rose 16 percent to 560.1 billion yuan in 2021. Non-IFRS profit rose just 1 percent to 123.8 billion yuan in the period. “We embraced changes and implemented certain measures that reinforced Tencent"s long-term sustainability, but had the effect of slowing our revenue growth,” the company"s chairman Pony Ma said in a statement accompanying the revenue release.
腾讯净利增幅十年新低：3月23日，腾讯发布2021年第四季度及全年财报。2021年，腾讯实现营收5601.18亿元，同比增长16%；归属于公司股东的净利润为2248.22亿元，同比增长41%；非国际财务报告准则下的净利润为1237.88亿元，同比增长1%，这也是近十年来腾讯净利增幅最低的一年。腾讯CEO马化腾坦言，去年是充满挑战的一年。“我们积极拥抱变化，执行了加强公司长期可持续发展的举措，但影响收入增速放缓。尽管财务受到影响，我们在业务上继续取得战略性进展。”
Chinese telecom firm ZTE’s shares traded in Shanghai shot up 10 percent on Wednesday after the Chinese telecoms equipment maker confirmed that it had exited a five-year probation period in the US imposed because of export compliance issues, marking an end to the years-long legal dispute between the Chinese telecom giant and the US government. Its Hong Kong-listed stock soared over 50 percent before finishing up 23 percent yesterday.
中兴通讯5年“缓刑期”结束：3月23日，中兴通讯发布公告，美国时间2022年3月22日，公司收到美国得克萨斯北区联邦地区法院判决，裁定中兴通讯的缓刑期届满且不附加任何处罚。中兴通讯的A股和H股于今天下午复牌。复牌后，A股直接直线涨停。H股的涨幅也一度超过50%，收盘价19.16港元，涨幅达到23.14%。
China Mobile reported a 7.7 percent rise in net profit to 116.1 billion yuan last year as rising demand for business and home-network services offset sluggish mobile user additions. Operating revenue for the state-run operator reached 848.3 billion yuan in 2021, up 10 percent from a year earlier.
中移动去年利润涨7.7%：3月23日，中国移动发布2021年业绩。财报显示，中国移动全年营运收入达到人民币8,483亿元，同比增长10.4%，股东应占利润1,161亿元，同比增长7.7%，营运收入中通信服务收入达到人民币7,514亿元，同比增长8.0%。
China"s biggest online travel agency Trip.Com Group pared its losses by almost 83 percent last year due to rebounding domestic travel amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Net loss decreased to 550 million yuan in 2021, the Shanghai-based brands said in its annual report released on Wednesday. Annual revenue stood at 20 billion yuan, which equals about 56 percent of that of 2019.
携程亏损同比减八成：3月24日，携程集团公布了2021年四季度及全年的财务业绩。财报显示，2021年携程集团全年净营业收入为200亿元，约恢复至2019年的56%。受益于国内市场的恢复，去年公司亏损额大幅下降，净亏损6.45亿元，同比降80%。
Chinese automaker Geely Automobile recorded profits attributable to shareholders increased 9.4 percent year on year to 6.06 billion yuan after excluding share-based payments. The company reported a 2021 profit of 4.85 billion yuan while revenue rose 10 percent to 101.6 billion yuan.
吉利汽车收入破千亿元：3月23日，吉利汽车控股有限公司发布2021年财报。2021年，上市公司实现收入1,016亿元人民币，同比增长10.3%；扣除股份支付的股东应占溢利60.6亿元人民币，同比增长9.4%；净利润43.5亿元人民币。
Chinese hotpot chain Haidilao International Holding logged a 43.7 percent jump in revenue for last year, despite turning profit into loss. Revenue grew 44 percent to 41 billion yuan, while net loss expanded to 4.2 billion yuan, due to huge impairment loss from closing stores, the Beijing-based company said in its latest earnings report released yesterday.
海底捞上市后首次年度亏损：3月23日，海底捞发布2021年全年业绩公告，2021年海底捞实现收入411.1亿元，同比2020年增长43.7%；亏损41.6亿元，这份增收不增利的成绩单也是海底捞上市后的首次年度亏损。海底捞还披露了“啄木鸟计划”成效，截至2021年底，已有260家海底捞餐厅因经营状况永久关闭。

Sunac China, the country’s third-largest developer, is reported to be seeking a two-year payment extension on a 4 billion yuan onshore bond due April 1. In return, Sunac’s Chairman Sun Hongbin proposed to provide an unlimited joint liability guarantee.
传融创40亿债券寻求展期：3月24日有市场消息称，融创正在寻求一笔本金为40亿元的“20融创01”可回售债券展期，融创中国董事长孙宏斌将为这笔债券提供无限连带责任担保。据报道，融创将在近期与债券持有人召开沟通会，商讨该笔债券的展期方案。

Chinese stocks went lower Thursday with the benchmark Shanghai Composite down 0.63 percent, while the Shenzhen Component slipped 0.83 percent, with tech stocks seeing heavy losses. The Hang Seng Index dropped 0.94 percent as the TECH Index closed 2.95 percent lower.
周四A股三大指数齐跌，沪指收跌0.63%报3250点，深成指跌0.83%报12305点。盘面上，行业板块多数下跌，科技股领跌两市，医药股逆势大涨。恒指收跌0.94 %，恒生科技指数跌2.95%。

When public companies are granted an extension, their payment schedules will move forward, so that the payments due may be paid later.
